Earth's Atmospere

The earth has an atmosphere that acts like a blanket. The biosphere is the part of the atmosphere that all life forms live in. The atmosphere is mostly made out of air. While the hydrosphere and lithosphere are made out of water and land. The moon has no atmosphere so when a meteor hits the moon's surface the area were it hit will always be there. Also since the earth has an atmosphere the meteor will burn up if it is smaller when it enters the earth's atmosphere. But when it is larger the meteor will hit the earth's surface the weather that is formed in the atmosphere will fill in the place were the meteor hit.
