The enigma box activity caused me to use skills scientists use. The skills I used are predicting, model making, and observation. Those are the three I used but I had left out two. The two are classifying and inferring.
In my observations are as following. I found there was two holes in the top of the enigma box. There was also a smaller hole in the side of the box. At 400 ml there was some drops coming out of the side hole. As all 500 ml of water was in the enigma box all the water started to come out of the box in a fluid motion.
Based on my observations I think there is something not letting it out until the appropriate pressure is in the enigma box. The way I picture it is like a hose. If you put your finger over the outlet of the hose it will get to a point were it will go out the sides.
In the end the box had a tube in it. When the water got above the flow level it started to flow out. The drops were caused by left over water from the experiment before this one.

On your enigma box paragraphs there was may things I liked. One of them was your word choice I liked thew word fluid when you described the water. You used the same scientific skills that I did except I also used inferring. I also liked the example you had with the hose. The example really puts a picture in your head.

Your enigma box paragraphs I saw a lot of similarities to my paragraphs. One similarity is the introduction with the scientific skills as I did. Also your discretions of the enigma box was similar. The descriptions on how the water first started to come out were also very similar. Those were some similarities between our paragraphs.
Just like the similarities there is also some differences between our paragraphs. One difference was the example you put in to describe the water flow. I really like the example I didn't think to put an example in my paragraphs. Also another difference was what you thought was inside of the box. That was some similraites and differences.
